Bonsai trees

My Bonsai Trees are doing well since December when I got them as a lovely gift, a Juniper tree, a Ficus tree and a pine tree.

Bonsai trees are becoming more as pieces of indoor decor today. The word Bon mean tray and Sai mean growing or planting. I'm not experienced in this but I hope I can learn in the process, my gift came with a few books that I still trying to find time to read. Do you know about Bonsai? I will appreciate it if you have any advice.

Sunny Day....

It is a sunny and nice day outside, the trees are starting to recover from the long Winter, the Spring will arrive soon. Its beginning to warm this week and I hope more green will emerge. It's amazing how all change so fast, I love the Spring Season.

An old Dish..

This is an old Pfaltzgraff dish I got for only $2.00 and I will use it for a fresh arrangement for my table. Love to find bargains.

Spring is almost here...

It has been raining all the Weekend, but we had a few nice days last week, it was very sunny, I think enought to help this Tulips to emerge from the ground. We left the maple leafs to protect the bulbs from the snow, and soon will be time to clean all that. Even the forsythias are growing new leafs. I can't wait to see all the progress.

Driving around during Winter

During this Winter in PA we had significant snowfalls on December and January and mayor snowstorms during last February. The blizzard conditions that have clobbered many states over the past months or so, bringing things to a standstill in many areas, was no surprise. Mother Nature is umpredictable.
